The distance between two markets is never really geographic.
It is regulatory, cultural and commercial — and it is crossed by people, not paperwork. That is the whole idea Exteria was built on.
Fifteen years of being in the room.
Exteria was founded in 2011 by two people, from a single office in Cádiz, on one conviction: that no market report has ever opened a market. What opens a market is someone who already knows the regulator, the distributor and the bank — and who will make the call on your behalf.
We chose the Spain–India corridor because it is one of the most rewarding, and least understood, routes in European business. Spanish manufacturers underestimate how procedural India is; Indian exporters underestimate how relationship-led Spain is. Both lose years to that gap, and both are entirely capable of closing it with the right people beside them.
Fifteen years on, we work in both directions and well beyond both countries. The method has not changed: small, senior teams, on the ground, staying until the business runs without us.
We are not advisors who visit. We are the people in the meeting — in the language it is held in.

Four commitments we will not trade away.
Local knowledge, applied
We do not hand you a market study. We introduce you to the person who already knows the regulator, the distributor and the bank — and we stay in the conversation.
One team, both sides
The same people run the Spanish end and the Indian end of your expansion, so nothing is lost in a handover between two firms who have never met.
Fixed scope, honest dates
You know what we will do, what it costs and when it lands before anything is filed. If a date is going to move, you hear it from us first.
Built to be handed over
Every entity, licence, account and relationship ends up in your name. Our success is the month you stop needing us.
How the corridor was built.
The people who will actually be in your meetings.

Send us two lines about your product and where you would like to sell it. We will tell you honestly whether the route is worth taking.
